Patricia worked as a graphic artist in advertising & design companies in London, Durban & Cape Town before starting her own successful design studio which she ran for 30 years, creating leading local & international brands. She has won awards for packaging & corporate identity and specialised in wine label design. She still works as an illustrator to the advertising industry. Patricia started painting fulltime in 2005. She works in watercolour, oils, acrylics, gouache, ink, pencil, charcoal & pastels. She has participated in various group exhibitions & has worked to commission for portraits & still lives. Chosen to exhibit in Contemporary Visions of Africa held at Pretoria Art Gallery in December 2007, she has also won a commended award for an acrylic painting submitted to the SASA (South African Society of Artists) October exhibition 2007. Patricia lives in Cape Town with her husband & has three daughters. She is also involved in the preservation & documentation of the flora & fauna of Table Mountain, particularily Newlands Forest.
